Sixth Street Specialty Lending (TSLX) said late Tuesday it priced an underwritten public offering of $300 million in 5.625% notes due 2030.
The company said the notes can be redeemed at its option at par plus a "make-whole" premium, if applicable.
Sixth Street Specialty Lending plans to use the net proceeds to pay down outstanding debt under its revolving credit facility.
Additionally, the company said it will enter into an interest rate swap to better align its liabilities with the floating rate loans in its investment portfolio.
