APi Group Raises 2024 Revenue Guidance, Reprices Term Loan

APi Group (APG) said Wednesday it expects its 2024 net revenue to exceed its October guidance for about $7.0 billion.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $7.0 billion.

For 2025, the company said it expects net revenue at current foreign exchange rates to be in the range of $7.3 billion to $7.5 billion.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $7.43 billion.

The company said it repriced its term loan due 2029, lowering the interest margin by 25 basis points and saving about $5 million in cash annually.

On Dec. 31, the company said it repaid $100 million of the term loan, leaving about $2.16 billion outstanding.

Shares of the company were down more than 1% in recent premarket activity.
