Upstart Holdings (UPST) filed Friday a shelf registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission covering the potential sale of an unspecified number of securities.
The company said it may issue securities from time to time, including common stock, preferred stock, depositary shares, debt securities, warrants, subscription rights, purchase contracts, and units.
Additionally, the company said its stockholders may resell any of Upstart's securities and that it will not receive any of the proceeds from the sale by its stockholders.
