JFrog Q4 Earnings Flat, Revenue Rises; Sets Q1, 2025 Outlook

JFrog (FROG) reported Q4 non-GAAP diluted earnings Thursday of $0.19, unchanged from a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.14.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $116.1 million, up from $97.3 million a year earlier.

Analysts forecast $114.2 million.

The company expects Q1 non-GAAP diluted earnings of $0.15 to $0.17 per share on revenue of between $116 million and $118 million. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect earnings of $0.15 on revenue of $117.4 million.

Full-year 2025 non-GAAP diluted earnings are expected to be $0.67 to $0.69 per share on revenue of $499 million to $503 million. Analysts expect earnings of $0.66 on revenue of $499.3 million.
