Wabash National has bought TrailerHawk.ai for an undisclosed amount.

TrailerHawk.ai provides advanced cargo security and smart access management technologies. Wabash, a Lafayette, Ind., supply chain company and maker of semi-trailers, said Thursday the acquisition will strengthen its trailers as a service offering, which gives logistics companies freight security, visibility and operational efficiency.

As part of the deal, TrailerHawk.ai Chief Executive Brett Suma will join Wabash Marketplace to lead the development and scaling of solutions tailored to logistics providers.
