OneStream Shares Plunge Following JPMorgan Downgrade, Downbeat Q1 Guidance

OneStream (OS) shares plunged nearly 23% in recent Wednesday trading after JPMorgan downgraded the company's stock to neutral from overweight and cut its price target to $26 from $30, likely driven by the company's downbeat Q1 guidance.

The company said late Tuesday it expects a Q1 non-GAAP loss of $0.04 to $0.02 per share and revenue between $130 million and $132 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect earnings of $0.01 per share on revenue of $133.5 million.

OneStream also issued 2025 non-GAAP earnings guidance of between $0.01 and $0.09 per share, while analysts surveyed by FactSet expect earnings of $0.12 per share.

The company's trading volume stood at 5.9 million shares in recent trading against a daily average of roughly 1.3 million.
