Paragon REIT's Privatization Could Offer Unitholders Cash Exit Option -- Market Talk

Dow Jones
12 Feb

0307 GMT - Paragon REIT's proposed privatization will likely offer unitholders a cash exit option, says CGS International analyst Lock Mun Yee in a note. This comes ahead of the potential income volatility during Paragon shopping mall's asset enhancement initiative period, she writes. The REIT also faces challenging trading conditions, including low trading liquidity, she says. CGS International raises the stock's target price to S$0.98 from S$0.92 but maintains a hold rating due to its limited share price upside. Units are flat at S$0.99.(amanda.lee@wsj.com)
