Manhattan Associates (MANH) said Monday that Eric Clark has been appointed as its next president and chief executive officer, succeeding Eddie Capel who is retiring from the position on Wednesday.
Clark is joining the company from NTT Data North America, where he has been CEO, the company said.
Capel will assume the role of executive vice chairman of Manhattan, providing support during the CEO transition period and on special projects, it said.
Shares of Manhattan Associates were down more than 8% in recent trading.
