Palm Eco-Town Development (SHE:002431), in partnership with China State Construction Fifth Engineering Bureau, won the SAIC Assets Henan Headquarters construction project in Zhengzhou, according to a Saturday filing with the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
The 2.5 billion yuan project covers 128,215.31 sqm and includes industrial and office buildings. The construction period is 900 days. While the contract is yet to be signed, the project is expected to boost Palm's 2025 financial performance.
