De.mem (ASX:DEM) secured a strategic distribution agreement with Firmbase Singapore for its standardized filtration systems, specifically targeting China, Indonesia, and Japan, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
The deal is non-exclusive and may be terminated by De.mem via a 60-day written notice, the filing said.
It received a AU$15,000 order from Firmbase for De.mem's compact ultrafiltration systems, to be sold by the firm to customers in China, per the filing.
Its shares rose 8% in recent trading on Tuesday.
