Serial Achieva (SGX:S69) expects to book a net loss for the year ended Dec. 31, 2024, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
The company has attributed this to one-off accounting loss on reverse acquisition and acquisition-related costs following the completion of a reverse takeover and weak consumer demand.
The company will release its financial results on or before Feb. 28, the filing added.
