Veson Holdings' (HKG:1399) subsidiary Scud Battery agreed to provide certain processing services for printed circuit board assembly to Fujian Scud Power Technology for three years, a Friday bourse filing said.
The annual caps set for the services transactions are 40 million yuan for 2025, 50 million yuan for 2026, 60 million yuan for 2027, and 10 million yuan for a part of 2028.
On the same day, Scud (Fujian) Electronics, another subsidiary of the company, agreed to supply certain products, including bare battery cells, plastic parts, and nickel sheets to Vietnam Scud Power Technology for three years.
The annual caps set for the sales transactions are 15 million yuan for 2025, 20 million yuan for 2026, 20 million yuan for 2027, and 5 million yuan for a part of 2028.
