Singapore Institute of Advanced Medicine (SGX:9G2) allotted and issued 3,921,568 new shares at SG$0.051 per share under the vesting of awards to eligible participants as part of its performance incentive.
The new shares are expected to be listed and quoted on the Catalist board on or around Feb. 13, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
Following the allotment of the new shares, the total number of issued and paid-up shares has increased to 1.05 billion.
