Veeco Instruments (VECO) said Wednesday it shipped its NSA500 Nanosecond Annealing system to an unnamed semiconductor company for mass production of 2-nanometer gate-all-around logic chips.
The shipment took place in Q4, the supplier of semiconductor process equipment said. Two additional unnamed customers are actively testing the NSA500 system for multiple applications, Veeco added.
Financial details were not disclosed.
Shares were down 0.9% in recent trading.
