Mitsubishi (TYO:8058) has upgraded its US-based subsidiaries, Diamond Digital Infrastructure and Diamond DC Rover, to "specified subsidiary" status, according to a Thursday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The subsidiaries, both established on Jan. 16, by Mitsubishi Corporation (Americas), focus on US data center development. Diamond Digital Infrastructure and Diamond DC Rover have a capital stock of up to $500 million each.
