CRH said it is selling its shares in U.K. building-material company SigmaRoc for around 115 million pounds, the equivalent of $143.8 million.

The Irish building-materials supplier said Thursday that, subject to completion, it would sell 171.6 million ordinary shares at 67 pence a share for a total of about 115 million pounds.

On Wednesday, the company said it would sell up to 172 million shares via a bookbuild, and that this represented around 15.4% of Sigmaroc's issued share capital.

The company said that following completion it will have exited its interest in SigmaRoc in full.
