BWP Trust (ASX:BWP) reported Wednesday that its earnings per unit in the fiscal first half rose to AU$0.2202, compared with the prior year's AU$0.0829.
Analysts' estimate as compiled by Visible Alpha were expecting earnings per unit of AU$0.1262.
Revenue for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2024, was AU$100.6 million, up 22% from AU$82.3 million a year earlier. The average analyst estimate compiled by Visible Alpha was for revenue of AU$101.1 million.
The warehouse retailing firm expects fiscal second-half distribution of AU$0.0946 per unit. It also expects rent reviews to contribute incrementally to property income for the six months ending June. 30, 2025.
The board declared an interim dividend of AU$0.092 per unit, up 2% from AU$0.090 per unit in the previous reported period, payable on Feb. 26 to shareholders on record as of Dec. 31, 2024.
