Alpha HPA (ASX:A4N) said Managing Director Rimas Kairaitis will assume the role of chief commercial officer, effective Feb. 1, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
Chief Operations Officer Rob Williamson will succeed Kairaitis, per the filing. The company said it has started a search for a new COO.
Shares of the company fell nearly 2% in recent Monday trade.
