NCR Voyix Unit Awarded $335 Million Contract for POS Maintenance Services

NCR Voyix (VYX) said Monday its NCR Government Systems has been selected by the Defense Commissary Agency, or DeCA, to provide maintenance and operations services for its point-of-sale technology assets.

The company said it will support existing maintenance for DeCA's Enterprise Business Solution and DeCA CARTS RM under a contract valued at $335 million over five years.

The DeCA Enterprise Business Operations Solutions, or DEBOSS contract was awarded by the Defense Information Systems Agency Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization after reviewing five competitive proposals, the company said.

NCR Voyix said it will offer sustainment services for hardware and software at military facilities worldwide, supporting catalog, ordering, receiving, pricing, and point-of-sale functions.

Shares of NCR Voyix were down more than 1% in recent trading.
