Keppel DC REIT (SGX:AJBU) thorugh its manager, Keppel DC REIT Management, issued 40,670,000 sponsor subscription units at an issue price of SG$2.090 per sponsor unit, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.
Trading of the units commenced the same day.
Following the issue of the units, the total number of units in issue now stands at 2,249,745,362 units.
