Keppel Pacific Oak US REIT's (SGX:CMOU) income available for distribution for the second half of 2024 was down nearly 9% to $23.8 million from $26.1 million a year earlier, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
Net property income declined 14% to $36.3 million from $42.2 million in the comparable period.
Gross revenue was down 3.7% year over year to $72.1 million from $74.8 million.
Portfolio committed occupancy increased to 90% as of Dec. 31, 2024.
Shares of the trust were up over 2% in recent trading.
