High Peak Royalties (ASX:HPR) repaid its $750,000 financing facility with Macquarie Bank, a Macquarie Group (ASX:MQG) unit, using its cash reserves, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company has worked with Macquarie to release all related securities, including parent company guarantees and encumbrances on its assets, the filing said.
Macquarie Bank confirmed that High Peak's obligations under the facility, including guarantees and corporate security, have been discharged, the filing added.
High Peak said it is confident its near-term funding requirements are covered by current cash reserves.
