AppFolio boosted its fourth-quarter revenue and profits as the company continued investing in artificial intelligence for its property management software-as-a-service.
Appfolio posted a profit of $102.7 million, or $2.79 a share, compared with $30.27 million, or 83 cents in the same quarter a year ago.
Stripping out one-time items, adjusted earnings per share were 92 cents. Analysts polled by FactSet expected 94 cents.
Revenue rose to $203.7 million from $171.8 million. Analysts surveyed by FactSet had been expecting $200.1 million.
The company expects full-year revenue between $920 million and $940 million.
