Ntegrator (SGX:WVJ) was ordered to wound up by Singapore's High Court following a hearing on Jan. 24, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
In an earlier filing, the company had received two winding-up petitions from former executives.
Baker Tilly Consultancy has been appointed the company's liquidator, the filing stated.
"The Company respects the Court's decision, and it is currently evaluating its options for further action after receiving the Court's detailed grounds and confirms that the Group's operations will remain as usual," Ntegrator said in a statement.
