AIN Holdings Former Directors Acquitted in Auction Obstruction Case

AIN Holdings (TYO:9627) said the Sapporo High Court has overturned a lower court ruling convicting two former directors of the company and its subsidiary for obstructing public contract auctions, according to a Tuesday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

The appeals court found both individuals not guilty, reversing the Sapporo District Court's April 2024 decision, which had imposed suspended sentences.
