Veritex Q4 Non-GAAP Earnings Drop, Revenue Rises; Dividend Kept Steady

Veritex (VBTX) late Tuesday reported Q4 non-GAAP operating earnings of $0.54 per diluted share, down from $0.58 a year ago.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.55.

Revenue, expressed as the sum of net interest income and total noninterest income, was $106.2 million for the quarter ended Dec. 31, up from $77.7 million a year earlier.

Analysts expected $112.2 million.

The bank company kept its quarterly dividend steady at $0.20 per share, payable Feb. 28 to shareholders of record on Feb. 14.
