OFS Capital said its chief financial officer plans to retire at the end of March and will be succeeded by its chief accounting officer.
The investment company, which specializes in privately held middle-market companies, said Jeff Cerny aims to retire as chief financial officer and treasurer on March 31. He will continue to serve on the board.
Kyle Spina has been tapped to replace him. Spina joined OFS Capital Management in April 2021 and became its chief accounting officer in April 2023.
