Emerald Resources (ASX:EMR) continued its drilling campaign at the Memot project in Cambodia, targeting mineralization beyond defined resource boundaries, both down-dip and along strike, after the release of the Memot resource in December 2024, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The program aims to infill areas currently classified as inferred, with the goal of upgrading them to the indicated category, the filing said. Drilling completed to date on the Memot resource totals 92,432 meters, with intercepts including 14.8 meters at 3.94 grams per tonne grade of gold from 288.4 meters, and 3.2 meters at 11.11 g/t gold from 120.8 meters.
The company also continues its drill program at the Okvau gold mine, located in Cambodia, and the Dingo Range project, located in Western Australia, per the filing.
Shares slid 2% in midday trade Monday.
