Asset manager Central Wealth Group (HKG:0139) has terminated an agreement to form a joint venture company with FMC Cayman, a Tuesday bourse filing said.
The move comes about as conditions under the agreement could not be fulfilled by the long stop date.
The parties had entered into an agreement regarding the formation of the smart vehicle-related JV company in May 2024.
