British e-commerce retail company THG said that its partner Frasers Group holds a 4.8% stake in the company.

The U.K. retailer founded by Mike Ashley owns 63.1 million shares valued at 25.3 million pounds ($31.6 million) in the company, based on THG's closing price of 40 pence on Monday.

In June last year, Frasers said it would acquire THG's luxury-goods portfolio, including Coggles, for an undisclosed sum as part of a multiyear partnership between the two companies.

In line with the agreement, in October THG said that Frasers would invest 10 million pounds in the company.
