Columbus Acquisition (COLAU) completed its initial public offering of 6 million units at $10 each for gross proceeds of $60 million.
Each unit consists of one ordinary share and one right to receive one-seventh of an ordinary share following the completion of an initial business combination, the blank-check company said Friday in a statement.
