9R (SGX:1Y1) issued 247,100 shares at SG$0.04 each, raising its issued shares to 1.11 billion, excluding 159,230 treasury shares, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The new shares are set to trade on Jan. 28. Following the exercise, 237.42 million warrants remain, expiring on June 28, 2027.
