Strickland Metals (ASX:STK) confirmed the vertical extensions of copper-gold mineralization at the Shanac deposit within the Rogozna project in Serbia through recent diamond drilling, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Drilling revealed 80.2 meters of continuous mineralization at 1.9 grams per tonne grade of gold equivalent from a down-hole depth of 501.9 meters, the filing said.
The copper-gold mineralization in the deposit is roughly 180 meters wide, remaining open at depth.
Meanwhile, final assays for five completed holes at the Gradina deposit are expected by the end of the month, while results for two exploration holes at the Jezerska Reka and Obradov Potok targets are expected in February, per the filing.
