Willas-Array Electronics (SGX:BDR, HKG:0854) applied to the Singapore Exchange to seek a 30-day extension to release its financial statements for nine months ended Dec. 31, 2024.
The company also is changing its auditors and requires approval from the Accounting and Financial Reporting Council of Hong Kong, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Moreover, the company requires additional time and resources to prepare its financial statements since it expects its workflow to be impacted during the Chinese New Year holidays.
