Strong Petrochemical's CEO Steps Down Amid Dispute

Yao Guoliang resigned as Strong Petrochemical's (HKG:0852) chief executive officer and executive director, effective Friday, a same-day bourse filing said.

The resignation came amid a dispute between Yao and executive director Wang Jian Sheng, which has been detrimental to the firm's normal operation.

Shares of the oil products company, which have been suspended since Dec. 31, 2024, remain suspended.
