Rackspace Technology (RXT) said Friday that Jeffrey Benjamin will assume the role of independent chairman of its board, succeeding David Sambur.
Benjamin has been a Rackspace board member since 2016, the company said.
The company also said it continues to expect a Q4 2024 non-GAAP loss per share of $0.03 to $0.05 and revenue of $668 million to $680 million issued in November.
Analysts polled by FactSet expect a non-GAAP loss of $0.04 per share and revenue of $674.9 million.
