FleetPartners Group (ASX:FPR) reported a daily on-market buyback of its ordinary fully paid securities, with 158,953 shares repurchased Friday for about AU$446,149 according to an Australian bourse filing on the same day.
The company did not set a maximum number of securities for its buyback program, the filing said.
Shares of the company rose nearly 3% at market close.
