Lanvin Group has hired the chief executive officer of St. John Knits to be its executive president while its current CEO transitions out of the C-suite and into the boardroom.
The luxury fashion group headquartered in China said Thursday that Andy Lew has been hired away from St. John Knits. He previously held positions at Brooks Brothers Group, Ermenegildo Zegna Group, and Nordstrom.
The company also said Eric Chan will transition out of his role as CEO and join the board as a director.
The board has been expanded to nine members from eight, with Alan Liu tapped to replace Grace Fang as a director.
