Henderson Far East Income (NZE:HFL) agreed to allot 375,000 fully-paid ordinary shares priced at 2.30 pound sterling per share its block listing facility on Wednesday, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
The shares will be issued for cash on Friday, bringing the issued share capital and voting rights of the firm to 167.3 million, the filing said.
