Option Care Health Issues Preliminary Q4 Adjusted Earnings, Net Revenue

Option Care Health (OPCH) said Monday that it expects to report Q4 adjusted earnings per diluted share of $0.42 to $0.45.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $0.35.

The company said it expects net revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 of about $1.34 billion to $1.35 billion, up to a 20% increase year over year.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $1.27 billion.

For full year 2024, Option Care Health said it expects adjusted EPS of $1.55 to $1.59. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $1.30. Net revenue for the year ended Dec. 31 is now expected to be in the range of $4.99 billion to $5.00 billion, compared with the previous outlook of $4.90 billion to $4.95 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet are looking for $4.91 billion.

For 2025, Option Care Health said it expects $1.59 to $1.69 in adjusted EPS on revenue of $5.2 billion to $5.4 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $1.32 in adjusted EPS on revenue of $5.24 billion.

The company expects to release its Q4 results in February.

Shares of Option Care Health were up more than 14% in recent premarket activity Monday.
