GKE Corporation (SGX:595) has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, GKE Retails, in Singapore, according to a Wednesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The new entity, with an issued capital of SG$10,000, aims to handle wholesale and retail distribution of mobile handsets and accessories, subject to shareholder approval at an extraordinary general meeting on Jan. 27.
The establishment is funded through internal resources.
