Southern Packaging Deputy CEO Resigns; Successor Named

Southern Packaging (SGX:BQP) disclosed the resignation of Deputy Chief Executive Officer Pu JinBo as part of a planned leadership transition, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

Pu, who joined the company in 2019, is retiring to focus on personal pursuits. His last working day is March 31.

Vice President Pan ZhaoJin will assume the role of deputy CEO. Pan, a substantial shareholder and the son of executive chairman Pan Shun Ming, brings extensive experience in property development and strategy, according to the filing
