Cosco Shipping International (Singapore) (SGX:F83) disclosed the cessation of Gu Jing Song as executive director, chairman, and president, as part of a management restructuring, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
Song also relinquished roles in the strategic and sustainable development and nominating committees. The company confirmed no unresolved matters or issues requiring shareholder attention.
Appointed in July 2024, Song oversaw the group's business direction. The board retains three independent directors and sufficient audit committee members.
