ClearVue Technologies (ASX:CPV) expanded its partnership with Dubai-based Alutec to allow sub-distribution of its solar glass products in the United Arab Emirates through a unit of Qatar's Aria Holding, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The updated agreement enables ClearVue to strengthen its presence in the UAE market with its ClearVue Photovoltaic Solar Vision Glass and other products, the filing said.
The expanded agreement also sets the stage for future partnerships in India and Saudi Arabia, with deals planned for mid-2025 and late 2025, respectively the filing added.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Shares of the company fell nearly 4% in recent Monday trade.
