Criteo has hired Dentsu executive Michael Komasinski as the commerce media company's next chief executive.
Criteo on Tuesday said Komasinski, 54 years old, will join the Paris-based company as CEO and a member of the board on Feb. 15.
The company said Megan Clarken, who has been CEO since late 2019 and last year announced plans to retire, will serve in a senior advisory role to assist with the transition.
Komasinski currently serves as CEO of the Americas, president of global data and technology and member of the group executive management team at advertising giant Dentsu.
Criteo said Komasinski will receive an annual base salary of $750,000, a $1 million sign-on bonus and an annual bonus with a target of 100% of his base pay and a maximum of 200%.
