Shoals Technologies Group (SHLS) said late Thursday it filed a new patent infringement complaint against Voltage with the US International Trade Commission.
The company said the complaint involves two new patents related to its big lead assembly offerings for solar panel arrays, seeking to block the importation of trunk bus lead assemblies that infringe its intellectual property.
Shoals believes the new patents "provide protection against alternative designs that Voltage may create to bypass" the original patent.
Voltage did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
