GLG (ASX:GLE) said it is expecting a net profit of $100,000 to $600,000 for the fiscal first half ended Dec. 31, 2024, based on the company's preliminary closing of its unaudited accounts, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The net profit is primarily due to improved production capacity management and streamlining of processes, the filing said.
In comparison, the fabric and garment supplier posted a net loss of $2.1 million in the half-year ended Dec. 31, 2023.
GLG anticipates to release its fiscal H1 report by late February.
