Helen of Troy (HELE) reported fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings Wednesday of $2.67 per diluted share, down from $2.79 a year earlier.

Revenue for the quarter ended Nov. 30 was $530.7 million, down from $549.6 million a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $532.9 million.
For fiscal 2025, the company said it now expects adjusted EPS of $7.15 to $7.40 from the previous range of $7 to $7.50. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $5.32.
The company also narrowed its fiscal 2025 revenue guidance to now be between about $1.89 billion and about $1.91 billion from the previous range of $1.89 billion to $1.94 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $1.91 billion.
Shares of Helen of Troy were down more than 4% in recent premarket activity.
