Tryptamine Therapeutics (ASX:TYP) appointed BDO Audi as auditor, effective immediately, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The appointment follows the resignation of the company's former auditor William Buck Audit and the board's decision to choose an auditor registered with the Canadian Accounting Board, the filing said.
Shares of the company fell past 7% in recent Monday trade.
