The Shyft Group (SHYF) late Monday said Scott Ocholik, currently chief accounting officer and corporate controller at the fleet vehicles manufacturer, will become its interim chief financial officer on Jan. 1 following the resignation of incumbent CFO Jon Douyard.
The Shyft board of directors is expected to begin the search for a permanent CFO shortly, the company said on Monday, adding it will consider both internal and external candidates.
Ocholik began working at Shyft in 2019 after serving as chief financial officer at Gestamp North America, the US arm of Spanish auto parts manufacturer.
